[1344] [Unity 2022] Very Old avatars fail to load due to http package link

Avatars created in 2018 or earlier may have http links to the unity package, this causes endless loading under unity 2022, however works fine under 2019
This also causes anyone on 2022 to get stuck forever loading your avatar even if you swap to one that works, until either one of you rejoin the instance.
Suggest runtime upgrade to https for avatar / world packages.

I was in club Italia hub for close to two hours when the problem started.
Avatars started to fail to download and load. Got stuck at 0% and never moved. Even if they tried to swap to a previously used avatar I have seen. I was still stuck trying to download the previous avatar.
I could not hide their avatar and show them again to resolve the problem.
All new people joining in also got stuck at 0% download.
One person got queued for download after the first one didn't load properly. All new people didn't show as they were queued.
Rejoining the instance solved the problem. Everyone downloaded immediately.
Would send my log. But it's 349MB, so my tab with gist or pastebin crashes. So I give you a super summarized version in a gist. Tell me how to get it to you if you want the full one.
