[1342] Particles acting weird in worlds and avatars

This issue seems to occur both on desktop and VR, but it's more noticeable in VR. Joining either of these worlds and looking at the fishes (particle system) will show the issue.
This issue doesn't exist on live.

VRChat just had an update (1374) and the particle issue still exists. "Particle system "Shape Rotation" parameter no longer resets to (0,0,0) on load."
World above still shows the same issues present.

This issue seems to still persist in the latest open beta and it seems a new issue has arose (see tama's post below).

Hello. Thanks for always improving VRChat.
I know this may be different from particles, but I noticed that in this world, when I move my head in VR mode or the mouse cursor in desktop mode while showing the menu, the screen seems to be disturbed.
Please let me report it here just in case. This only happens on Beta.

I looked more carefully at Into The Deep and grabbed a GIF. The fish are switching species from one type to another as if there is something not synchronous or threadsafe. 2frames still shown here. Perhaps the code will need revision rather than a Unity Issue. Last GIF is Aquarium Loft - similar issue.
