Issue:
Normally when walking though a Portal the countdown resets for other users who are still in the instance.
This is currently not the case in Open Beta (1319), there the countdown just doesn't reset and keeps counting down.
Expected Behavior:
Someone walking through a Portal should reset the countdown back to it's normal 30s, just like it does on live.
