I am now unable to launch multiple local clients though the Unity launcher, on newer and older SDKs, using "Build & Test" :
  • If I use the live version of VRChat, the second client freezes while loading in the world, or doesn't "download" it (download stuck at 0%),
  • If I use the beta version, the second client throws an EAC error ("you are in offline testing mode and cannot travel to online worlds").
I now need to use the VRC Quick launcher (first screenshot) from VCC, the second instance needs to have a different profile ID
