[1292] Nameplate Scale/Opacity is done differently between Main and Action Menus

In the new Main Menu settings, nameplate scale and opacity is done with a slider. But in the action menu, Nameplate scale has preset options (Tiny, Small, Normal, Medium, Large ) and so does Nameplate opacity.
Both menus should have sliders to be consistent, right now it's confusing
