[1240] Worlds with Audio Zones are bugged
complete
JustusLynetta
According to reports, Toki's Villa wrld_30c03c0d-1985-420b-9a73-766748426b2a and Drinking Night wrld_4a65ba53-d8df-40a7-b67d-30c63bff0e95 are bugged on Open Beta.
Drinking Night uses Guribo/UdonVoiceUtils to create audio zones.
These worlds have an effect where it seems as if audio is limited to only the immediate vicinity of the player. As if earmuffs are permanently on and set to the minimum distance.

[1240] Audio Breaks for live streams in some worlds
lightbulb4
Any type of live stream does not produce audio in my world. I'm unable to find other worlds with the same problem yet unfortunately, but I have made no changes to my audio system which has worked since I made the world ~9 months ago. This is only as of this build.
The video plays fine, and the audio, sometimes, will play for one frame on load, but then cuts out. I do have volume set loud (90% by default on audio sources) - is there some new audio-cutoff feature for overly loud stuff maybe?
Log files have no useful info that I could see, just USharpVideo and AVPro stating standard info.

THANK YOU!

This is very likely related to the AudioZones used in Guribo's package. This is likely a duplicate of https://feedback.vrchat.com/open-beta/p/1240-worlds-with-audio-zones-are-bugged , however they don't mention how streams break.

In one world, the distance decay process did not seem to move from the respawn point.

I think this was happening at Schism tonight.

Going to ActiveGlobalAudioEffects and turning disabling
Audio Listener seems to work for my world. Feel free to test this as it seems to fix the Beta issue.

Alrighty, after some trial and errors. We have found out it was a rogue Audio Listener. Disabled that, and world is back to normal.

mBlade: Where did you find it?
mBlade
Yeah, we are having that issue as well at the Tailbass Cave world. https://vrchat.com/home/world/wrld_17fd3a47-3d8b-4dd4-9b20-a4901ad0de13
It is as if the avatar voice channel got mixed in with world audio. It fades in as I get closer to the main dance floor, and is in 2D.

To narrow it down, my world doesn't use audio zones or scripts, but uses a disabled camera with an audio listener to add reverb. Did extra audio listeners get moved to the user's position before, and that doesn't work anymore?
