If you create a Public Instance normally the World Author is listed as the Instance Creator. But currently when you create a Public Instance you will be shown as the Instance Creator, but only for you locally.

This issue sometimes fixes it self after a bit of time or when other players join. I was unable to specify what exactly causes it to fix it self.
