When opening articles in the Help & Info tab, the hud appears through the main menu in certain situations, shows weird behavior when scrolling.

Was checking out the news in the new menu, and the mic and face camera overlay the news page on some points when scrolling up and down. not sure where else this may apply

This seems to occur only on pages with "Jump to Section".
Also, these are the same contents. (can be merged)
