Currently the Allow/Pause Interactions button in a User Profile is a bit confusing. Since it's in a user profile you would think it would Allow/Pause interaction with that user, which it doesn't do, it's just the normal Allow/Pause Interactions button out of the Launch Pad.

My suggestion would be to just remove it, it's already easy to access in the Launch Pad, it's not specific to the user you selected and it is a bit confusing, since the options to allow / disallow interactions with that user is right next to it.
