[1181]Separate Axis of Max Angle

In order to prevent penetration of skirts, etc. with fewer colliders, we would like to be able to set separate axes for the Max Angle of the Physics Bones, as shown in the figure.
より少ないコライダーでスカート等の貫通防止をするために、図のように、Physics BonesのMax Angleの軸を分けて設定できるようにしてほしいと考えます。

I want to rotate the angle limit for frozen axis (2D plane) physbones.
This would also be nice for non-frozen (3D plane) bones, but as they exist in a 3D plane I struggle to think of a way to do that intuitively.
Options like "Max Angle Offset X", "Max Angle Offset Z", and "Freeze Axis Max Angle Offset", which would rotate the max angle limits for better tuning would be nice.

I have no choice but to cry if I don't have anything to replace Inside Collider, so I'm asking for it to be implemented
