Ruuubick - Designer: This avatar was not uploaded using Phys bones. This is only utilizing the in-game auto conversion. Seems that auto converted bones do not have 'IsAnimated' by default.

If 'IsAnimated' becomes default enabled for converted bones it'll also help solve this issue:

should probably have auto-conversion also enable IsAnimated, since it breaks a lot of avatars (especially ones with tails and ears)

This is probably the case due to the Is Animated check not being applied on auto-converted ones.
