Created a Single Component on the root of the tail that is also animated to sway but the animations wont play with the script activated.

Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: Does the fix you guys have mean that bones are properly grabbable with "IsAnimated" turned on, or that the "IsAnimated" toggle can be properly toggled off in our animators when using the "_IsGrabbed" parameter now?

to narrow down this issue specifically, animations normally dont work on active dynamic bones. however, physbones appear to allow animations to an extent, but animations that involve the root bone, and the joint behind the root bone, fail to translate/rotate properly. - this behavior assumes 'is animated' has been turned on

Having the same issue. The "Is Animated" checkbox doesn't work. my animations still can't animate any transforms affected by the phys bones.

Check the Is Animated checkbox on your PhysBone script.

Ruuubick - Designer: Sorry about that. Maybe move it up toward the top sections so it's more visible? it still doesn't do any thing different, though in this case it seems to work with a component on Each Tail rather then it be 1 for both.
