EDIT: Updated title to reflect that user reporting is affected as well.

Tested on Open Beta but also working under the assumption this occurs on Live as well.

I am no longer able to report worlds for any reasons whatsoever anymore instead it just tells me I've already submitted a report, even if I had never visited and reported the world before.

In the video linked below, only the first world I reported, I had actually reported prior due to no collider under spawn, but the other worlds shown I had not reported.
