[1043] Image filtering system to protect streamers from crude invite images

As the title says, there should be a censoring or filter system in place to prevent inappropriate images from coming through and potentially putting people like streamers in hot water with the TOS of their streaming platform.
EDIT: This should also apply to avatar photos in friend request notifications.

Addressed in 1044 by adding a checkbox to the notifications page that will hide photos in invitations.

Maybe an option to mosiac these in the stream camera? (Which could be identified by fov or other characteristic in a shader)
