[1021] Add an option to show nameplates only, no icons

We have option to see icons only, but no nameplates only. Icons are great but there is no reason to force people to always see them.
Just because people pay for it, or just because I paid for it, does not mean everyone must be forced to see it.
This is social game where we create content and select what we want to see, why force this one element on us for no reason.
At very least at least add this option to people that have vrc+... so they can hide other users icons.
But it should be something in base game, many people just don't want to clutter their UI with some useless elements.

As Tupper mentioned in the previous post, we do not plan on having the ability to disable icons entirely at this time.

Aev: so why this feedback board even exists if our feedback is just ignored without looking at users?
Is that like a plan to encourage client usage to get the features we need? like working friend lists and no clutter?
