Strings missing in custom theme creation

A lof of strings missing on the Custom Theme creation page.
The "Icons", "Buttons", "Subtext" categories are missing,
and the lower 4 buttons are all missing (even though "Save" and "Cancel" has string entries in Crowdin).
Curiously, all the strings for tooltips are avaliable.
