Instance Queue
is used at two often inconpatible locations:
  1. (Picture 1) in World > select a world > New Instance > Group > select a group > select a group type > (select role(s) >) under the
    Instance Queue is Full
    checkbox
  2. (Picture 2) Above the QM when join a full instance with queuing enabled. It's the text beside the queuing icon. Sorry that I can't find a full instance to demonstrate, so I have to use a screenshot from our group member.
