their are 2 usage:
  1. MM > Avatar > My current avatar page, platform capacity, "Not Available";
  2. MM > Social > All users > Filter > recieve notifications, "Not Available";
they are means:
  1. The avatar are not support this platform;
  2. The user are currently not online and not recieving message, offline completely.
This need to split, the string should not be used in here, as the string context says: MM FilterFriends > Avaliablilty.
Or I have to re-translate the entier menu about avaliability :(
