Are currently using for:
  1. Main menu / Settings / Performance (the old safety settings)
  2. Main menu / settings / tracking and IK / webcam face tracking / tracking performance
Why I suggest to split:
  1. Recently, the safety tab is meaning for "performance rank and trust rank for filter avatars", so we translate it as "Performance Rank". This is not the same as "tracking user dynamics with lower frame rates and resolution".
  2. For users, translate the first one with "Performance Rank" is more understandable.
