"FBT Locomotion Animation" is an on/off setting with a toggle switch.

However, its tooltip exists for both enabled and disabled, and only shows the current setting and what is to be switched. (13759, 13761)

So, this tooltip strings are meaningless.

Please unify those tooltips and add a description about what users will get when enabled or disabled.
