Textures that should be partially transparent, such as translucent glass, water, and leaves, are not displaying transparency and are appearing as flat polygons.

I confirmed that the Standard shader transparent would also turn black as well.
It also did not work when build for iOS.

The Backrooms 10.3.0 falls victim to this as well, they have an anti flashlight system which is supposed to break avatar flashlights. However this ends up causing the player from seeing about an arms distance away, making it really dark

This is some issues I notiec on Summer Solitude 2, a world that has a Quest variant, the shaders used here appear to not support alpha? I don't know if it uses the mobile vrchat shaders however, the skybox appears bugged out as well

Transparency related issues are highly present on iOS. the easiest place to see this is on Placid Plastic Duck World (https://vrchat.com/home/world/wrld_fe890f89-1d56-403b-ab47-08957374a74f) where the water lacks any transparency and is just a giant block of blue

When uploaded from Unity to the iOS platform, the transparency displays correctly. However, it would be ideal if it also displayed correctly through automatic conversion.
