You will have no audio. Completely closing the app and reopening will resolve it though.

So I have noticed this... odd behavior just with the latest build. If the app has been fully closed around 12-24 hours and you open it, you have no sounds... at all. Even if you have full volume. Have not tested this with headphones, maybe they work, maybe not. I am not sure. But if you close the app and reopen it, all sounds work just fine.
Steps to reproduce.
- Open the app and play.
- Close the app.
- Wait around 12-24 hours.
- Launch app->No sound.
- Close app.
- Launch app->Sound works just fine.
