Issue:
The top right corner in the Home Tab of the Launcher App is supposed to show your Profile Icon. Currently it's not correctly behaving, as even if you have a VRC+ Profile Icon set, it still shows your Profile Picture / Avatar Thumbnail.
Expected Behaviour:
The Icon shown should follow a set hierarchy, just like it does every where else:
VRC+ Profile Icon > VRC+ Profile Picture > Avatar Thumbnail
