Worlds stuck at 0 B / 0 B on both Quest 2 and PC

Hello VRChat Support,
I'm having an issue where VRChat is unable to load any worlds or avatars.
The game gets stuck on the loading screen at 0.00% (0 B / 0 B) and never starts downloading the world. This happens on both my Meta Quest 2 and my PC (Steam version).
Things I have already tried:
Restarting my Quest 2 and PC
Reinstalling VRChat
Clearing all VRChat data and cache
Logging out and back in
Using my home Wi-Fi
Using a mobile hotspot
Changing my avatar to a default avatar
Changing my Home World
Checking that my system date and time are correct
Verifying that I have plenty of free storage space (over 170 GB)
My VRChat account works normally on the website, and I can log in successfully. However, once I launch the game, worlds never load and remain at 0 B / 0 B indefinitely.
The issue started suddenly. VRChat was working normally earlier the same day, and a few hours later it stopped loading any content.
Could you please help me identify the cause of this problem?
