World Wind for Phys Bones

Since Phys Bones is going to be a much more optimised way of having secondary motion compared to Dynamic Bones, I'd love to see a feature for adding wind to worlds that cause player Phys Bones to blow around.
As an example, imagine a world where there's some big dramatic portal opening in front of a group of players and when it opens have wind blowing through affecting the dynamics of the players.

There is a player-created asset for this now, linked below, but it requires specialized shaders on your avatar as far as I can tell. It would be nice if this was an officially supported feature.

Neat idea. If something like this is done you would also need to include a mask to exclude non flowing parts on your avatar

F this stuff why can we pause them?
i dont want to see peoples bones paused in odd ways
can't we just have normal bones but for quest too?
grabbing them is fun and all but we dont need the pause crap

Wind Breeze: You're posing the bone, and whoever uploads a given avatar can make it so you can't pose the physbones on their avatar
It is completely optional

It would be nice to be able to specify a Wind vector and have it reflected in an area, or conversely, when in a car, to cancel out the PB calculations associated with object movement and various other things.

Also, I think it would be nice if it is not only the world that can create Force Power wind, but also the player. (It could be used for mischief purposes, or to catch the wind when they look up at the Hand fan, etc.)
