It would be great to have a thumbs up, thumbs down system for worlds. A five star ranking system. Lately a lot of unfinished worlds have leaked into the game and more often than not with my friends I find myself checking out like 4 different worlds before we find something we like. It's a huge waste of time. It would be great to have the ability to rank worlds, having a top rated tab. So that way we can filter out maps that are low quality. A plus would be being able to write a review for a world as well.

This would be heavily abused and a lot of worlds will get review bombed, basically.

I'd like to add onto this that someone whom made a good point to only keep the reviews positive. Sure it can be abused to gain the system by bad actors and so forth however, at the same time, it can't be used to attack world creators that do not fit another's agenda and such.

Favorites Sorting and Rating System. I propose adding features to allow users to sort worlds by their total number of favorites and to implement an integrated rating system. These additions would help highlight and celebrate the most cherished and high-quality worlds within the community, making it easier for everyone to discover exceptional experiences.

VRChat should implement a 5 Star Rating system which gives you the access to rate a world once you visit it at least once. That way the community can help each other not be baited into these low effort worlds with dishonest thumbnails or AI slop worlds. I'd say add a comment section as well, but I can see that opening a whole new section of moderation issues. A headache to moderate, but definitely not impossible to incorporate with a lot of text filters in place as well as explicit wording filters. Maybe give early access to people with over a select amount of VRChat hours (3000? 5000?) or make it the standard BAR requirement to get the feature enabled on your account. The best people to judge are those that have been around longer, and are more dedicated to the community, and recognize what is, and isn't good quality.

a 5 star system to rate vrchat worlds with an optional short description, this would not only provide feedback to creators and simultaneously help the community, but also completely eliminate the extremely low effort clickbait worlds on the front page which will usually show up quite frequently. if the 5 star system isn't good enough, a simple like or dislike system, similar to Roblox, would also do well.

A very basic feedback feature that I know many people want is the ability to vote on worlds in some way, not only to keep track of what worlds you like or think are good while keeping your favorites list clean, but also as a source of feedback for creators and a way for VRChat to display popular worlds easier. I do understand the risk of "dislike bombing," but that doesn't seem to be very common anymore.
Two systems that could be used: The basic like/dislike system or a 5 star rating system. Either one would work well. Just make sure we have a way to see what we thought of it as well as what everyone else thinks. Please don't pull a youtube and hide the dislikes. That feedback is really important for all users.
Also being able to see your own vote when looking at the world info page would tell you if you've been to a world in the past and what you thought of it. Maybe even hovering over your vote to see when you voted so you can see if the world was updated after you voted. Clicking on the vote could let you change your vote if you accidentally voted or if you changed your mind.

Unfortunately, this would get abused pretty hard with many burner accounts or people review bombing a world or group world they don't like.

「Jаy」 There is an easy solution to that, "Trust weighting".
VRC already has a Trust system for accounts. The lower you are on the Trust scale, the less your vote should influence the score, thus avoiding burner accounts having any real influence.
VRC could also utilize additional data about the player's voting behavior to further shift their vote influence.
It makes logical sense that the more a person plays the game, the more their vote should have influence. It might not be a "perfect" solution, but rarely in life are there. But it's a reasonable solution that would mitigate issues

It will also be a really good way to downvote AI slop worlds and let us choose what we want instead of shoving it in our faces.
