Create a venndiagram of group associations that can be applied to an instance.

Allow a instance creator to assign a Instance Host Group, and also any related groups that they are a member of with permissions. This would allow community organizers to flag friendly communities, and event organizers to platform affiliated parties. It would also be helpful for international communities to grow connections across language barriers.

-This should hopefully Boost user connections between groups that are culturally compartmentalized as-in formed around a singular event or topic or friend/family group.

Users associated with any group would see the instance in their social as normal.

example use cases

-boosting the visibility of public event: An event instance hosted by hobby/event group CC: a regional group, and a minority support group

-For convention organizers who have a wide variety of public lobby groups they would like to organize.

I believe this should promote inter-group community building so that more user connections can be made across community gardens and in-groups

Call it World/World+/World Public

users should probably need to filter sort instances by group association

a group rank role option to allow creation of World instances

a clear moderation log

group rights to deny/revoke association

World+ association notification for group moderators, (consider a 30 minute default auto-approve waiting period before the server is ready for review?)
