Allowing to write out a description for a kick, warn or ban in game would be my ideal idea

you need this for default moderation tools, not just vote kicks, devs are paying attention it's being tracked

Moderators in VRChat really should have the built-in ability to warn, kick, or ban players with fully custom, detailed reasons for every removal from an instance, not just for vote kicks. When a moderator takes action, they should instantly type or select a clear, specific explanation that appears to the user and logs it transparently for the group.

This single feature would be an absolute game-changer, bringing professional-grade moderation tools to every VRChat instance and finally giving group admins the precision, accountability, and authority they’ve been missing. It’s time to make this happen, it would transform the entire moderation experience across the platform.
