Had 2 options when selecting to vote kick. 
Reason 1 - Nuisance
Reason 2 - AFK
Nuisance reason will be a bad strike on safety system. AFK reason will not effect the status of the player. Simply allows to kick someone who has either gone extended AFK or Sleep.

I fear this not gonna help reduse them spam vote kick abusement, there need to be a cooldown on vote kick, I put the idea up already

Would love to have a system that backfires to people who spam votekicks for no reason.

CrossVadar this would be nice many annoying trolls spamming the vote to kick especially on group staff these days. maybe like "This user is a group staff member your kick request has been denied"

This is very much needed. How can a person learn from their mistakes if they don't know exactly why they were kicked. I also think you should also be able to know when you are being voted kicked. Again, how will the person know to stop if they don't even know the vote kick was initiated until they actually get kicked.

I really need this - I often have to kick people who just aren't listening to me when I tell them not to do something. And then they come back and immediately start yelling at me escalating the situation and never correcting the behavior.

This and a group ban reason. Although the only people that get banned from are group are usually extremely toxic and shouldn't be on vrc in the first place.

I think you should be able to specify a reason manually, because in the end they will always be a nuistance, but we should know WHY they are.

Maybe just checkmark like [Report to moderation]? but with some better name, as it isn't reported to mods I think? Just affects status
