USharpVideo Stream Audio does not support filters

I would like to be able to add a highpass/lowpass filter to the stream audio sources on the UdonSharpVideo player (AVPro). The goal is to end up with L/R highpassed sources and a 3rd mono lowpassed source.

Attempted a workaround involving the Unity Audio Mixer, however I am running into the same issue. The filter is not applied, however the audio remains 3d/spatial. Interestingly, effects applied on the Audio Listener itself are applied, however this doesn't help as it can't distinguish between sources.
