OpenVR lets you assign roles for trackers. To use this would help for 2 things in VRC.

Currently the Start VR One heaset appears as a tracker which role is set to disabled. But VRC tries to use it as a hip tracker with the ID1 instead of just ignoring it as it's intended. Everything else of VRC works with the HMD, but the avatar is moving wrong of course.

Second thing is, if one tacker battery dies and you restart it the tracker often switch positions while the assigned roles would help finding the right position after a tacker was turned off and on.
