Upload Limit 24hours

Hello, As we know when you create an account you can't upload for 24 hours it would be nice if you couldn't upload for 24 HOURS PLAYING like you need to play 24 hours before upload it would reduce the crashers and others bad people so much,
i don't even know why this isn't already there like crashers can create 10 accounts then wait ? its pointless, if im not wrong crashers don't get hwid ban...

I get your point, but I think 24 hours is a lot. I'm not sure if I had reached 10 hours when I uploaded my first avatar. (And no, it wasn't a shitty avatar to annoy people)

If it's indeed like that, I'm 100% up for it.
Also some 2-factor login so you can upload would be nice, as it would be even harder for people who just want to mess the game up.
