Unity Technologies has already discontinued support for Unity 2019.4.
Furthermore, new assets that have been configured to be importable in Unity 2019.4 can no longer be published on the Unity Asset Store after 2022-07-20.

The release date for Unity 2020.3.0f1 is 2020-03-11; two years later, which is EOL, is 2023-03.
