Steam Frame VRChat standalone Compatible

We all know that Steam Frame is really something completely new and distinguishable from Meta Quest headsets. Steam Frame can easily run a large part of the Steam library without a PC. Steam Deck has a good experience with this, and Steam Frame will have higher performance, which means that VRChat on Steam Frame will obviously run quietly, and it will NOT be an Android version like on Meta Quest. I really hope and believe that Steam Frame will easily get a version of VRChat almost the same as on a PC, and will run without the PC itself

Steam frame is arm64, and uses emulation to run x86/x64 code.
I'm curious to see how things go. But I suspect that how vrchat works on PC might work contrary to how the emulation stuff can work. Like with a set video game if there are a few shaders that need tweaking, they can either replace or ask a dev to replace or tweak. But every vrchat world can have its own quirky shaders.
16gb of RAM with the hardware it has they could easily run the Android version and not run out of RAM very easily.
We'll have to see what vrchat is able to get out of the Steam frame, I know they'll try everything but I suspect they'll spare us the details.

Docteh I agree with you, but since VRChat on Steam Deck works quite well, I think it won't work badly on Steam Frame either. I hope VRChat will do it!
