Somone leaving, will leave a particle like *poof*

I played this game almost a year now and I would love to see some sort of particle effect when someone leaves the room instead of them just disappearing,
a simple poof cloud
or pixels distorting and fading like a game
or a teleport out animation, also tells you the person didn't block you :Pmaybe have a sound that plays as well
I think this would add some fun to the game.

Some world already implement this and I like it. Just some particles or selectable effect.
LoppyDaCutie
sort of like how kingdom hearts does it. I like it.

It'd be even better if one could customize their leaving animation on their avatar. Some ideas that come to mind include:
-"change da world" style fadeout
-Tron style de-rezzolution
-Star Trek transporter beam
-Ready Player One style headset removal
Please note that's just off the top of my head.
Having strict audio and timing limits (e.g. 15 seconds max) would help with keeping the animations from getting obnoxious. A global toggle to turn all of them off (with possibly an exception for friends) would also be good.

I'd love this.
Seeing it finally being marked as "tracked" gives me hope.

Since this is something worlds have and can implement themselves, I think this is something that should be up to world developers to implement.
However, maybe the SDK by default should have some nice QoL behaviors like this? It would make worlds feel more alive by default to have things like this. World leave/join effects, default UI page when that comes out, etc. The world creator could override as needed.

Maybe some parameters would suffice.
Something like a bool that returns true whenever the user disconnected. However, this would mean that VRChat would need to keep the avatar enabled for a few seconds after the user left, in-case the avatar does a custom leaving animation.

Maybe there could be a couple of choices, if they were implemented as tuned shaders that you could pick then they could be pre optimised to avoid a huge performance impact
Disappearing like you got thanos snapped could be an option

Would be cool, but... Wouldn’t this cause a bit of frame drops? Many users (especially VR users) already experience a lot of frame drops from unoptimized avatars and worlds combined. Therefore a particle effect, each time someone leaves or enters the room would only have a negative impact.

Maonya: Wizard 101 a 2008 game that still has the same graphics even today had this and its never a problem, it will only be a frame drop if they add too many particles, adding about three puff cloud particles shouldn't drop any frames, or even a image of (disconnected) would barely do much

Maonya: no, not avatar wise, like rec room. When a player spawns, or leaves, there’s a poof to it

Maonya: they could make it disabled with the particles option in safety
BranVR
even if no animation, i would love just a simple "pop" sound when someone leaves. Just like what they do in Dragon ball abridged when goku uses instant transmission. XD would be hilarious
