Some VRC+ backgrounds should also change the color of the UI

Some backgrounds (most notably, cheese) look jarring when contrasted with the blue/grey hue of the rest of the UI. These backgrounds should change the UI color as well for consistency. (Low effort mockup for reference)

We've thought about offering further options to expand the customization of the MM, this is definitely on our roadmap!
This is one of those things that will likely require a little more design than meets the eye, but it's absolutely something that we want to do, for a variety of reasons.
