Simple Mic Boost (not talking about sensitivity)

I would love to be able to add a boost to my mic volume. This is important for multiple reasons:
Some mics are simply quiet. Some people have a quiet voice. If these users speak - others are not hearing them. If others notice and turn those people up to 150% they are still way to quiet compared to anyone else with normal mic levels or normal voice loudness. But most often they don't even notice that these users speak and will never hear them.
Some people need to speak up so everyone can hear them: Event organizers and such. They need to be able to cut trough the chatter and background or club music and such to be heard. Currently world creators have to take care of this use cases which is not necessary and could be avoided by simply adding a mic boost feature. Not every event host has access to this tools and they work differently in different worlds so it is not a good alt.
Best way to do this would be with a so called "Limiter with Auto Gain". that way you could monitor the overall loudness of a mic and allow boosting up to a certain level. If mics are louder than that u can limit them to the exact threshold. This would make everybody be able to sound the same level and not become annoyingly loud like current world solutions do. But i already would be very happy with a simple mic boost where i can add a max of 6dB or something for really low level cases.
