Set instance playercount
Lucifer MStar
The ability to set our own Playercounts on Group/inv/inv+/F+ instances.
When going to change it have a pop up with like “Author set the recommended playercount to “24” are you sure you wish to change this? Changing the recommended playercount might cause unstable behavior” or something along the lines of that.
Have worlds using the 'Game' tag unchangeable.

there should be an option to change the player limit while creating a world intance for people who easely get overwelmed.

I like this but I don't think it is a larger number only situation. Capping the total to something small (think 4 or 5) could be very useful. Also (related) a way to close the instance to new players once the people you are expecting are there.

How about have the world author set the maximum player size and the instance creator can set anything in between? That way game worlds or experiences, as an example could max out at 4 slots for a team size, the theme of the world remains unaffected and can't get cheesed.

Towneh: If this were the case, nothing would change. Hangout worlds would still put on their own arbitrary cap.

Towneh: I don't think that would be useful as most of the time its that there is not enough space not that there needs to be more restrictions. Plus as mentioned game worlds marked (as they should be) as game worlds will have unchangeable player-counts.
I don't see anything wrong with allow others to change the instance number for an instance they've created and if its set to high and reaches those numbers then its pretty common knowledge that there will be a perf hit.

Lucifer MStar: I disagree- I know a lot of people in my community that would benefit from being able to create public game world instances with lower capacities so that they don't get overcrowded and start lagging. It's especially bad right now since there's a bug making public worlds accessible beyond the recommended limit.
I think that in general, the max player count is part of the world's design. It would be great to be able to lower it when creating instances, but you should never be able to go over it.
