Set all Content Filtering options on as default

The development team has stated they are working on age-based content gating (https://wiki.vrchat.com/wiki/Content_Gating); however in an interim condition use the systems we have, to avoid people seeing things they don't want to, enable all the sliders as on as a default. Make the individual user choose and elect actively what they want to see.
All players still need to follow the TOS and rules regarding appropriate avatars and activities in public instances and in private instances.
Its mainly for people like this: https://www.reddit.com/r/VRchat/comments/1qi3o8c/something_needs_to_be_done_about_gore/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button
Who do not even seem to be aware such Content Gating is possible. Turn it on as a default, this way everyone can choose actively and consent to what they want to see.

This seems to be the current plan as of vrchat's video on December 19th https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQaeFS0Wfr8

Heck, not only should they be on by default, they should be age gated so that children are literally unable to turn them off.

Kwizy_ These were around before age verification and how they work is if the minor's parents created their meta account for them (Which is how it's supposed to be) those accounts are labeled as under 18 and those content gating are on until their meta account says they are 18 and then the gates can be turned off.

Per ToS/Guidelines of Meta, Google, Apple, these NEED to be on by default (user generated content rules)
