Seperate local-only contact type for OSC Haptics on optimised avatars

Right now VRChat avatars become very poor instantly if you have over 32 contacts on them. This amount of contacts isn't sufficient for any form of haptics available on the market today, so most haptic enabled avatars are instantly marked as very poor.
It would be cool if there was a seperate contact type that is local only, similar to how unity cameras are handled in VRchat. Haptic contacts do not need to be multiplayered at all, the only person who needs to load them is the local player themselves. Please consider this, thank you :)

Contacts are also incredibly useful for building custom avatar menus / toggles outside the radial, these do not need to be network synced as they would drive existing avatar parameters same as the radial does.
