“select tooltips language” can be keep saved in live version, and being a sub setting option below language selection.

This suggestion is cause of some community feedback. Some users in channel said, after they switch to l-test client for reviewing translate and daily gameplay, they feel it not so habitual to use, because they were using the English UI for years, and after they switch to translated interface, they can't find things as they remember.
I asked them, and recognized that all of them are old players, which already has a high rank (Trusted user, and most of them have vrcat) and very long playable time in this game.
I suggest to add a secondary language option in "main menu / setting / user interface / language selection" , just like how Blender Developers did in their software. For more details, here is my suggestion:
First, separate the language selection option from General UI Settings Window as an independent window, add an toggle which can offer a function to show some advanced setting.
Second, replace all UI element words as translated strings should be the normal option, and after open the toggle, they can select UI language rather than change the tooltips language together.

## Option for Separating UI and Tooltips Localization
The suggestion was based on the feedback from the community. A number of users have communicate that, after years of using and familiarizing with the English UI, the newly translated UI feels foreign and inhabitual, to the point where it could be difficult to fine the pages or settings as they remembered. As such, some of the users stick to the English UI either due to familiarity or nostalgia.
Under my personal survey within the community, I recognized that all of the users who communicated the feedback were long-term users, who has invested vast amount of time and effort into the game. The majority of them were also subscribed to the VRC+ service.
My suggestion is to separate the localization of UI and tooltips, and include the option to selected the localization of UI and tooltips separately, similar to the options in Blender. The option could be a sub-option of the “Language Selection” settings, under the direction of “MM → Settings → UI → Language Selection”. To be more specific:
The “Language Selection” option should be separated from the general UI setting page. A toggle option should be added to show/hide advance language settings.
All words on the UI should be replaced by the translated strings by default. By expanding the advance settings, the UI and tooltips localization could be de-synced and changed separately.
Also, “To separate the UI and tooltips language as Blender” has highly supported by Japanese translators. As their opinion, this would be a big help for them.

I agree with the idea of having separate language settings for the Tooltip and other UI elements.
I have seen a few users who would like this.
VRChat has been used with English-only UI for a long time, so it is natural that some people are familiar with it.

This original post was written sloppy, but I can't edit the post... To make it clear and more readable, I asked my friend to fix it (basically about grammar and extra pictures). Here is the fixed version:
