Screenshots in the loading screen

It would be fun to show screenshots taken with the in-game camera to be sometimes shown in the loading screen. This would have 2 possible positive effects:
- Encourage people to screenshot more by seeing their actions affect something;
- Make loading times a bit more enjoyable by the user being able to reminisce about their past memories during a time where you're required to wait.

This is such a nice feature for us with the slow connections who stare infinitely at the loading bar.

This was possible to add as a mod until EAC was added to the game. A loading screen personalized with screenshots feels way better than just staring at the same 3 tips over and over. Upvoting this issue for visibility.

This is a no brainer. The only game I've seen do this is Fallout 76, and its always great to get hit with great memories in every loading screen. considering how many great memories I've had in VRChat, this simple feature would go a long way.
