Save forced near clip per world

If forced near clipping can't be saved per session or in general because it "breaks certain worlds" (I've only encountered like 3 so far out of the thousands I've visited), then at least it could be saved for the world in which it is toggled. If I decide, that in some certain world the stock camera clipping settings aren't good enough and I want to change them, then I probably want to do that the next time again. So just save us the hassle and save it. In any way..

Thank you for being one of the very few people asking for this setting that understand that it has the potential to be extremely damaging to the presentation and function of worlds with long sight lines or large distances. Unfortunately, VRChat decided to implement the persistence of this setting without regard to how it would impact worlds.
