Remove grow/shrink microphone HUD animation

The mic icon already lights up when you speak. I find the grow/shrink animation to be visually distracting, much more so than the flashing or even the old mic icon. Especially since this thing plays a lot talking on VRChat. It would be very nice if there was at least an accessibility option to disable this. In my opinion it would make the HUD more comfortable. Thanks

i already find the current mic icon to be worse than the old one, with it being quite hard to see on some headsets. i'd prefer if the size of it could be changed from 0-200% from base size.

If implemented, that should be a toggle option, because personally I like it and pretty sure many people do.
