Removal of the vote kick confirmation screen
complete
MehStrongBadMeh
This obtrusive window appears any time a vote kick is called to display whether or not the vote kick succeeded. Users are required to click ok on the message to dismiss it, otherwise it obscures their vision and ability to interact with the world. This forces them to drop everything they are doing to dismiss this wholly useless message. I can not think of a single useful reason for this screen to appear, as it not particularly useful information. To make matters worse, these screens are bugged, and will, in some cases, pop-up in a way that refuses to be dismissed for several minutes. Rather than fix these worthless wastes of user interface, I propose that they are removed entirely.

Some confirmation should still appear-- feedback is good. Maybe only for the person who called the vote?

tupper: As someone who often calls vote-to-kicks, I have no interest in seeing that confirmation screen. It is obvious if the kick has worked, as the annoying person disappears from the room. Maybe if it was some unobtrusive banner that appeared at the bottom of your view then disappeared after a few seconds, it would be bearable, but even then, if given the option, I would opt out of it.

MehStrongBadMeh: Yeah, maybe the answer is in making the notification less "HEY GUESS WHAT YOUR THING WORKED AND NOW I WON'T GO AWAY UNTIL YOU DISMISS ME ACTIVELY"
