basically a social tab that shows everyone you met before in order to get a chance of meeting people again that you couldnt befriend because you crashed or something

How would you define a person you "met" in a game where interactions are not always even based on talking to each other (a lot of people are mute)? Looking at each other is not a feasible way either, because mirrors... Other way would be distance or straight out displaying all people that went through an instance you have been in (already possible with output logs), but you could sit in a world like The Great Pug or Summer Solitude for one hour straight and during that over 100 can actually go through it (people leave and join worlds like that quite often).

Asovrix: yes but what does that matter? it would be a log of the people that were in the same world. if you wanna get fancy with it you could also sort it by worlds or something. it should be fairly easy to implement and i dont ser any reason why its not a thing from the get go..... it actually makes no sense not to have this feature imo. i literally had the situation twice yesterday and i dont know how i find that log or what you were talking about. makes me just sad to bond with people and never see them again because we crash.

Leon Schneider: I agree with you here, I like the idea of sorting it all by worlds. One thing to help build on that is to perhaps is to show player proximity results. Hear me out lol. Like VRchat would be taking note of people that are in proximity of each other, so it would help you sort through all the people that potentially joined that world you were in. While overtime your proximity percentage goes up the longer you were nearby someone. With the logs showing who you were nearby throughout your playtime would definitely help you find a lost friend :)
