Raise PhysBone limit on quest.

As a beta player I can say that physbones are really fun and behaved well with quest even with a full world. Unfortunately you have capped the limit to where quest players can hardly see or find any avatars with good physbones. If you could please raise the limit so that quest players are able to see more physbones, please do. As I stated, they worked completely fine no matter how many there were.

12 would be just right imo. 8 is too limiting.
Example: I only use 6PB in my default outfit, and I would toggle between outfits which also toggles the PB, meaning I won't have more than 8 PB at the same time active.
Maybe give a suggestion or warning in the SDK during upload if over 8 but raise the hard cap to something higher.

You just ignored the limted power on Quest.
And so your request will just not accepted.
Everything must run good, even rooms until 16 players at same time. Which is important to keep VRChat nice for Quest users, or we will have more angry Quest users due too low fps.
That is exactly VRChat devs and Meta don't want see it.

It is understandable why they did it though, adding physbones will only make performance worse for Quest, as it isn't replacing anything. And they probably have Meta breathing down their neck to keep the game performant on Quest.

Ive seen people on quest 1 have no problem and people with bad internet have no problem quest can easily handle more then 8 physbones

The beta at a full world worked wonderfully and you really underestimate how well the quest works sometimes. A lot of avatars are not functional now thanks to the cap, and I've seen many creators no longer motivated to make new avatars with physbones bc with such a hard cap what's the point ? Anyways, at least raise the cap to 12-13 at the very least. Or make a toggle in settings to turn physbones on or off. Or have a toggle to allow seeing more bones than the cap. But toggles could fix everything. And to prevent complaints you could have it by default set to off or the cap and then you can manually turn bones on or increased. That way going further is an optional decision made by the user.

I've had really good performance in the beta even with an almost full lobby of people shown. To see this amazing feature limted like it is now is just disappointing. If this could be changed so we more than a cap of 8 that would be swell. Or at least allow your players to disable this cap at their own risk. But with the performance i saw, i see no clear reasons on why its limited the way it is now. But again it would be really nice if this could be changed.

I think there should be a way to manually select avatars to allow higher phys bones. Most of my avatars now have phys bones disabled on quest, and since I usually only play with my gf and she plays from quest, it just seems like a good idea to allow manual override of the phys bone limits for each player.

In beta I was able to show multiple avatars and my performance was fine and it look really good in beta but now with the cap of 8 it’s truly disappointing and just lame the quest can handle so much more at least give the option to the individual to no cap the limit for themselves
