Proton/Linux Fixes

Some fixes for the Linux proton, The last vrc update had a proton fix based on outdated information and should probably be reverted, I do appriciate the attempt at linux support tho, you can track the linux communities effort to get vrchat running properly over here https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/1199

Right now the biggest issue facing Linux users is that avatars sometimes don't load in when you join a world, they get stuck at 0%for a while then turn into an error avatar (Rejoining the lobby makes most of them work, seems like avatars never fail to load from cache, and the failing to download is just random chance). This has only started to happen since the udon update in April. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated, I do love this game.

To clarify, the last update disabled the video player (I think), its true that the video player used to cause instability on linux systems so the workaround was to rename/remove youtube-dl. Now that proton has partial windows-mf support the video players don't cause crashing. Soonish proton will have full wmf support (including evr) and I worry that vrchat videos still wont play cause the video player has been manually disabled when running in proton.
