I think vrchat is missing some basic quality of life and safety features for people with photosensitive epilepsy for avatars, Such as a filter for avatars with lots of moving colors / effects.

This leads to people having to be very careful with who they do and do not show, Even with this feature they must still exorcise caution as it would not be an end all be all for people with those conditions but I do think having a tag for Screen space shaders, and a Tag for flashy visual effects would go a long way for creators who are concerned for the safety and wellbeing of the vr chat community.

It is just a basic common sense feature, and there's already a system in place for avatar filtering, so it wouldn't be hard to add a couple more tags.
