People who blocked me should be visible IN MY WORLD

Being blocked is commonly due to others being malicious / annoying and being called out. I don't need my friends being harassed by trolls with clients that ruin their experience in MY environment.
It's my world, my instance, and I want to see people who blocked me in the social menu.

This is how it works already. If you are the instance owner, the quick menu here tab has a "users who blocked you" section at the bottom, and then you will be able to initiate moderation actions like kicking. If you are blocking anybody, even if you are not the instance owner, it will also have a different section for users who you have blocked.

You are the world created it really should be the case that you can see anyone who joins no matter if they blocked you or not it’s just that simple and I am sorry you had to deal with that man hopefully this will get enough attention that something gets done about it

Here's a situation that happened earlier tonight.
I have two friends, let's call them "A" and "B".
A guy called "Z" came into the world and was teleporting around and doing sketchy things with a client.
"A" tried to kick them, but the vote kick got routed to "B", and that worried me, since "A" and "B" are friends and "A" would never kick them.
I couldn't do any moderation since the "Z" user had me blocked.

fyi this is already in game for the quick menu under the here tab. If you're the instance master or the author of the world you're in, the here tab lists individuals you have blocked, and those that have you blocked. I imagine they will extend this to the main menu with its eventual rework like they did with the quick menu.
