Optional Avatar Animator Culling

With how the new vrc avatar culling update has gone live, avatars with large noticeable from far away effects are now harder to see / percieve from a distance, which, for the most part is a good feature, massive update, no notes there for VRC as a whole.
However for spaces that create large scale avatar effects best witnessed from a distance, and for the RP community (who have large AoE effects, music to be played that you should hear even if the avatar is far out of reasonable culling distance, large scale dramatic animations, and etc) this is particularly devastating, the option to either toggle the feature on and off, or adjust it similarly to the maximum particle adjuster would fix all of these issues.

We'd like to clarify that this behavior is a bug, and was not intentional. Issues surrounding avatar gestures being culled on remote users at a distance are believed to have been addressed in our most recent patch release, 2025.1.1p1 (build 1568). If you are still encountering issues in this latest version, please create a new post in the Bug Reports section of Canny including the ID of at least one avatar suffering from the issue as well as steps that we can follow to reproduce the problem you're seeing.
At this time, we do not believe the issue referenced here is related to animator culling, because this only comes into effect when you explicitly hide avatars by distance or by count.

Since there has been no further activity on this post and there appear to be no recent bug reports related to the underlying issue this post describes, we'll close this feature request for now as we have no plans to make animator culling on distance hidden avatars optional at this time.
As always, please feel free to open a bug report including both an avatar ID and reproduction steps if you think you've discovered a regression in one of your avatars.

As a participant in RP events, I think it should be made into a toggleable feature, otherwise it makes a lotta our events struggle and many non accessible

As somebody who regularly participates in RP events, the culling has made these events trickier to say the least.

I agree on everyone having the option of having a particle limiter as is opens everyone to having diversity in what they choose and will make overall communities better and happier
